Most heating websites put boilers on one page. A boiler-only website gives every system, every manufacturer you support, every common problem and every town you serve its own useful page, then links them so a worried homeowner can find their exact situation in two clicks. That structure is what lets a specialist outrank a generalist for the searches that matter.
What this service is
Short answer: design, writing and build of a website whose structure comes from boiler work, not from a generic HVAC template.
We start with a page map, not a design. The map has four branches, each answering a different way people search:
- By system: combi boilers, system boilers with indirect tanks, cast-iron and steel conversions, radiant floors, baseboard and panel radiators, snow-melt and other specialty loops if you do them.
- By manufacturer: the makes your technicians are trained on and stock parts for, each with a short, accurate page.
- By symptom: cold radiators, pressure dropping, kettling noises, short-cycling, fault codes. These pages catch people at the moment of need.
- By town: a genuinely local page for each place you serve every week, never a copy-and-paste with the town name swapped.
Design follows from that structure: plain navigation, fast pages, the phone number visible on every screen, and "call, text or email" buttons that work one-handed on a phone in a cold basement.
Who it is for
Short answer: boiler-only firms, new boiler divisions, and HVAC companies whose boiler work deserves its own site.
It suits a company launching a new brand from our specialist brand work, a boiler firm with an old site that was never built for search, and an HVAC company ready to give its hydronic team a dedicated web presence. It suits less well a company that wants a site but has no time to answer our questions about its work; the specifics come from you.
What's included
Short answer: three packages, from the facts on our pricing sheet.
| Package | One-time | Scope | Monthly after launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 | 5–7 page custom site in 2–3 weeks | $149 hosting and maintenance |
| Professional | $6,500 | 10–15 page conversion-focused site in 3–4 weeks | $249 hosting, maintenance and CRO |
| Enterprise | $12,500 | No cap on pages or locations, built in 4–6 weeks | $449 for full management |
Every package includes the page map, the writing, mobile-first design, basic on-page SEO, analytics set up in your name, and redirects from your old site. Prices are in Canadian dollars; boiler clients add GST/HST for their province (GST and QST in Quebec). See the pricing page for how packages combine with monthly plans.
Timeline
Short answer: two to six weeks depending on the package, plus whatever time your approvals take.
The longest delays are almost never technical. They are photos that haven't been taken and technical pages waiting for a technician's review. We schedule the technician review in the first week so it doesn't hold up launch.
How results are measured
Short answer: calls, texts and emails from the site, and how many of those become boiler jobs.
We set up call tracking and analytics in your accounts and report monthly on contacts by page type. A healthy boiler site shows symptom pages producing urgent service calls, system pages producing replacement enquiries and town pages producing both. If one branch produces nothing after a fair period, we rewrite it.
Mistakes to avoid
Short answer: the common errors all make a boiler specialist look like a generalist.
- Stock photos of furnaces. Readers notice. Use your own photos of real boiler rooms, even if they are taken on a phone.
- Town pages that differ only by name. Search engines treat them as doorway pages, and readers treat them as filler.
- Burying the phone number. Someone with no heat in January isn't going to hunt for it.
- Manufacturer pages that overpromise. Don't imply you are authorised for a brand unless you are.

Frequently asked questions
How many pages does a boiler website need?
A single-town specialist can launch well with the Essential package of 5–7 pages and grow from there. A company covering several towns, systems and manufacturers usually needs the 10–15 pages of the Professional package, or the unlimited pages and locations of Enterprise.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the site, content and analytics accounts belong to your company. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Can you rebuild our site without losing our rankings?
We map every existing page to its new address and set up redirects before launch, which protects most of what you have earned. Some movement after any rebuild is normal, and we report it honestly.
Do you write the words or do we?
We write them, using interviews with you and your technicians. You approve every page, and technical pages are reviewed by a licensed person on your team before launch.
