What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

The three ways to reach us

Short answer: call for a conversation, text for convenience, email when you want to send detail.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, company and number.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job and can't talk. A quick "boiler company in Saskatoon, interested in a division brand, call after 4" is plenty.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca when the message involves attachments, figures from last season or a list of questions. Owners comparing two or three agencies often prefer this, because the reply arrives in writing and can be forwarded to a partner.

We only reply to people who contact us first, and we don't add anyone to marketing lists. If you'd like us to stop contacting you at any point, say so once and we will.

What to include in your first message

Short answer: enough for us to look before we talk, so the first conversation is useful.

You don't need all of this, but each item makes our first reply sharper:

  1. Your company name and website, if you have one.
  2. The towns you serve regularly, and any you want to add.
  3. What you do: boiler-only, or HVAC with a boiler team. Combis, mod-cons, cast-iron, steam, radiant, commercial.
  4. The makes your technicians know best.
  5. What you want: a new brand, a new site, a technical library, better map visibility, or advice on which.
  6. What's been tried: past agencies, ad spend, anything that worked or didn't.
  7. Rough numbers if you're comfortable sharing: typical replacement value and how many boiler jobs you do in a season.

Don't send passwords or account logins. If we work together, access is set up properly and in your name.

What happens next

Short answer: a reply, a short call, the free audit, then a written recommendation you can take or leave.

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, and suggest a time to talk.
  2. A 20 to 30 minute call to understand your company and what you want from it.
  3. The free 7-day audit: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmark against the boiler firms in your towns.
  4. A written recommendation covering whether you need a new brand or a sharper position, what the site should contain, which technical pages to write first, and what it would cost, using the plans on our pricing page.
  5. You decide. No pressure, no lock-in.

Before you get in touch

Short answer: a few pages that may answer your question before you ask it.

  • The services overview explains the four things we build and how to choose where to start.
  • The results page shows the boiler brands behind our method, including GasBoilers.ca and CombiBoiler.ca.
  • The FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting.
  • The areas hub covers each province and territory, including language rules that affect boiler brands in Quebec and Nunavut.

A note on what we are

Short answer: we market boiler companies; we don't send technicians.

If your boiler has failed and you need heat, please call a licensed heating contractor in your area. Boilers.Agency is a marketing and business consulting service headquartered in Vancouver, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We don't install, repair or service equipment, so we can't help with a no-heat call, but we would be glad to help the company that answers it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation and the 7-day audit are free, with no credit card and no obligation to continue.

Will I talk to a salesperson?

No. You'll talk to a senior strategist who understands boiler businesses and can answer questions about brand, websites and technical content directly.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 with your name, company and a good time to reach you. Many owners prefer it because they can send it from a job site.

What time zone are you in?

Pacific time. We're available Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is noon to 9 pm in Ontario and Quebec. If that's awkward, say so and we'll find a time that works.
