Owners usually ask the same dozen questions before they hire a marketing firm, and they deserve direct answers. The short version: plans from $2,998 a month, websites from $3,500, a free 7-day audit, no lock-in, and every account in your name. The questions above cover the details. Below is the context behind the most common worries.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Boilers.Agency cost?
Managed plans are $2,998, $4,498 or $8,998 a month, and website packages are $3,500, $6,500 or $12,500 one-time, plus monthly hosting from $149. Every boiler package is priced in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST added for your province (GST and QST in Quebec).
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No lock-in. You can stop the monthly plan when it stops earning its keep. We would rather keep clients because the work pays than because a contract says so.
What do we get before paying anything?
A free 7-day trial: a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking against boiler firms in your towns. No credit card is required.
How long until we see results?
Profile cleanup and a new website can change call volume within weeks. Rankings and a technical library build over months. We set expectations for your towns after the audit, and we won't pretend content works overnight.
We tried an agency before and it went badly. Why would this be different?
Most bad agency experiences come down to generic work, vague reports and accounts held hostage. Here the work is boiler-specific, reports show calls and jobs, every account is in your name, and you can leave at any time.
Who owns the website, domain and accounts?
Your company does. Domains, the website, Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your name from the start. If you leave, you keep all of it.
Are you a heating contractor?
No. Boilers.Agency is a marketing and business consulting service. We don't install, repair or service boilers, we don't size or design systems, and we don't advise on code compliance.
Do you work with HVAC companies that also do furnaces and cooling?
Yes, if they want to grow their boiler work. Often the answer is a separate boiler division, the way CANRO Heat launched GasBoilers.ca. Sometimes a strong boiler section on the existing site is enough.
Do our technicians have to be involved?
A little. We interview a lead technician at the start and ask a licensed person to review technical pages before they go live. It is usually about fifteen minutes per page.
Can you serve our customers in French?
We can plan and produce French content for Quebec and francophone markets elsewhere. In Quebec, French is required on commercial websites and advertising, so we build that in from the start rather than translating later.
What do the monthly reports show?
Calls, texts and emails by source, Google Business Profile activity, search visibility for boiler terms, and, if you share them, booked jobs. Starter reports monthly; Growth and Elite report weekly.
Do you promise rankings or a number of leads?
No. Anyone who does is guessing or bending the truth. We commit to the work, to honest reporting and to changing course when something isn't working.
Will you work with a competitor in our town?
Raise it on the first call. We'll tell you plainly who we already work with in your area, as far as confidentiality allows, so you can decide with full information.
About cost and value
Short answer: judge the cost against the margin on the extra boiler jobs it needs to win.
The plan fee is easy to see; the value is less obvious. A useful habit is to work out how many extra boiler replacements, service agreements or repair calls would cover a year of fees. Our pricing page walks through that arithmetic for a new boiler division, and the same method works for an established specialist. If the number of extra jobs looks unrealistic for your towns, start smaller. We'd rather tell you that than sell you Elite.
About contracts and leaving
Short answer: there is no lock-in, and leaving is designed to be painless.
Because domains, websites, profiles and analytics are in your company's name, leaving doesn't mean losing anything. You would keep the site, the content library and the review history. We'd hand over logins and documentation. That arrangement keeps both sides honest: we have to keep earning the work.
About past agency experiences
Short answer: if you were burned before, check four things before you sign with anyone, including us.
- Who owns the accounts? If the agency holds your domain or Business Profile, you're tied in whether there's a contract or not.
- What do the reports measure? Impressions and "engagement" are not calls and jobs.
- Is the work specific? Ask to see a page they wrote about a boiler problem. Generic content is easy to spot.
- Can you leave? Check the notice period and what you take with you.
We are happy to be held to all four. The results page shows boiler brands we have built, and the about page explains how we work.
About timelines
Short answer: some changes show up within weeks; brand and content work pays off over months.
It helps to separate the fast work from the slow work. Fixing a Google Business Profile, correcting a phone number listed wrongly across directories, or replacing a website that loses visitors on phones can change your call volume within the first month or two. Building a new division brand, earning reviews under a new name and growing a technical library are slower: expect the first meaningful signals after a few months and the real return in the second half of the first year. If someone promises you page-one rankings by next week, ask how. A useful benchmark of what patient, specialised work can do is CombiBoiler.ca, which built 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords by going deep on one product.
About technical accuracy and safety
Short answer: we write, your licensed technicians check, and nothing tells a homeowner to work on gas or pressure equipment.
Boiler content carries real risk if it's wrong. Our process, described on the technical content page, keeps model-specific facts tied to manufacturer documentation and puts a licensed reviewer from your company between every draft and publication. Regulators and program administrators are linked, not interpreted; the areas hub lists them for every province and territory.
Still have a question?
Short answer: ask us directly; that is what the phone number is for.
Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. The contact page explains what to include so we can give you a useful answer on the first reply, and the guides go deeper on branding, site structure and technical content if you'd rather read first.
