Boilers.Agency exists because boiler companies kept getting marketed like furnace companies. We are a Canadian marketing and business consulting service that builds brands, websites and technical content for boiler specialists, and only for heating businesses like theirs. We are part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
The company
Short answer: a focused practice inside a larger Canadian consulting group.
Ali's own firm, Sedighi.ca, handles growth, marketing and technology consulting. HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca are all brands under it. Alongside it sits SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone: a Canadian firm Ali founded to advise on strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, with strategic leadership from Sedighi.ca.
Boilers.Agency sits within the HVAC.Agency family. It uses the same plans, the same pricing and the same reporting standards, applied to one narrow kind of client: companies whose identity is hydronic heat. That narrowness is deliberate. A practice that only thinks about boilers learns, quickly, which page structures work for combi replacements, which headlines make a building manager call about a commercial boiler, and which technical claims need a technician's eye before they go live.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Short answer: the person who built GasBoilers.ca and CombiBoiler.ca, with an MBA in Technology Management and digital marketing work going back to 2007.
Ali started in digital marketing in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. That makes 17+ years in the field. He holds an MBA in Technology Management. He went on to found Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He has worked with clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai, and he now lives and works in Vancouver.
His HVAC portfolio runs to 150+ live websites. Several of them are exactly the kind of boiler-only brand this agency builds:
- GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat
- CombiBoiler.ca, a combi-only brand
- BoilerPart.ca, a programmatic boiler site with 2,000+ pages
- VancouverBoilers.ca, BurnabyBoiler.ca, EmergencyBoiler.ca and Boiler-Maintenance.ca, each built around one city or one kind of boiler work
You can see what those brands achieved on the results page. More about Ali is on his profile at Sedighi.ca.
How we work
Short answer: specialist depth, plain reporting and your name on every account.
A few principles shape every engagement:
- Diagnose first. Every relationship begins with the free 7-day audit: a marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and a competitor benchmark. We don't recommend a new brand to a company that doesn't need one.
- Your accounts, your assets. Domains, websites, Google Business Profiles, analytics and ad accounts are set up in your company's name. If you leave, everything stays with you.
- Technicians check technical claims. We research and write; a licensed person on your team reviews anything technical before it is published.
- Honest numbers. We report calls, texts, emails and booked jobs, not vanity metrics, and we tell you when something isn't working.
- No lock-in. Plans run without long-term contracts, which keeps us earning the work every month.
The day-to-day process for each service is described on the services page, and the regional context we bring to each province is on the areas hub.
What we are not
Short answer: not a contractor, not an engineering firm and not a compliance adviser.
Put simply, Boilers.Agency markets and advises Canadian boiler and heating companies; it is not one of them. We hold no contractor licence, and we don't install, repair or service equipment of any kind. We don't size systems, design hydronic layouts, inspect installations or advise on code compliance. When your marketing touches a regulated topic, such as licensing claims or program eligibility, we link to the regulator or administrator and let them speak for themselves.
We also don't compete with our clients. We will never run a heating company, refer jobs to one client from another, or use your data to market someone else.
Why the group matters to you
Short answer: a specialist practice with the resources of a broader consulting group behind it.
Most boiler firms are owner-led businesses where marketing decisions sit next to hiring, pricing and, eventually, succession. Because Boilers.Agency is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, the same conversation can widen when it needs to: conversion work through the Conv.ca method, business strategy through SAZ.ca, or wider consulting through Sedighi.ca. You start with one contact and one plan.
