Plans start at $2,998 a month and websites at $3,500 one-time. A boiler firm pays these in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec). Monthly plans

Short answer: three plans; most single-region boiler specialists start on Starter or Growth.

Plan Price per month The core of it What gets added
Starter $2,998 An SEO-built website with service pages, plus hosting and maintenance Your Google Business Profile and local SEO, a basic Google and Meta ads setup, and a report every month
Growth $4,498 All of Starter Deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation, and reports every week
Elite $8,998 All of Growth Video marketing, PR outreach, your own dedicated account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built around you

In boiler terms: Starter gets a specialist found on the map and gives the site proper service pages. Growth adds the technical library described on our technical content page, which is where boiler companies separate themselves from generalists. Elite suits a boiler brand running in several regions or provinces, or a division launch where the parent company wants close oversight.

Website packages

Short answer: one-time builds with a modest monthly fee for hosting and care.

Package Pay once Size and build time Ongoing care
Essential $3,500 A custom site of 5–7 pages, live in 2–3 weeks $149 a month for hosting and upkeep
Professional $6,500 A conversion-focused site of 10–15 pages, live in 3–4 weeks $249 a month for hosting, upkeep and conversion work
Enterprise $12,500 As many pages and locations as you need, live in 4–6 weeks $449 a month for complete management

The boiler website service page explains the page map each package would carry.

What drives the cost for a boiler company

Short answer: the number of towns, the number of systems and makes, and whether you need a new brand.

  • Towns served. Each town needs a genuine local page and, ideally, review activity. Five towns is a different job from twenty-six.
  • Systems and manufacturers. A combi-only specialist needs fewer pages than a firm that services cast-iron, mod-cons, steam and radiant.
  • Brand status. A rename or new division adds naming and identity work up front. An established, well-named firm skips it.
  • Language. Serving Quebec customers means French content on the site and in advertising, which adds writing and review time.
  • Competition. Where several general HVAC firms advertise heavily, it takes more content and patience to stand out.

A worked example: will a boiler division pay for itself?

Short answer: count the extra jobs it needs to win, then judge whether your market can supply them.

Take an HVAC company launching a boiler division with a Professional website and the Growth plan. All figures are illustrative except our prices:

  • Website: $6,500 one-time
  • Growth plan for 12 months: $4,498 × 12 = $53,976
  • Year-one total before GST/HST: $60,476
  • If an average boiler replacement leaves you $4,500 gross margin, the division needs roughly 14 extra replacements in year one to break even.
  • In year two, without the website cost, it needs about 12.

Add the margin from annual service agreements the division sells, and the break-even point moves lower still. If those numbers look out of reach in your towns, start with Starter and a boiler section on your current site instead. Our guide on whether your boiler work needs its own brand covers this decision in more depth.

How to choose

Short answer: match the plan to your weakest link and your number of markets.

  1. One or two towns, existing brand, thin map presence: Starter.
  2. Established specialist with no technical proof online: Growth.
  3. New division or rename: a website package plus Starter or Growth, with brand work quoted after the audit.
  4. Several regions or provinces: Elite, often with an Enterprise website.

Not sure? Start with the free 7-day audit. It includes a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, and needs no credit card. Questions about contracts and ownership are answered on the FAQ page, and you can reach us through the contact page.

Terms in brief

Short answer: Canadian dollars, GST/HST by province (GST and QST in Quebec), no lock-in, and you own your assets.

There are no long-term contracts. Ad spend goes through your own accounts. Domains, websites, profiles and analytics are in your company's name. The full and current price list, including any changes since this page was updated, is on HVAC.Agency.

Frequently asked questions

Is brand and naming work included in the plans?

Brand strategy for a new boiler division is scoped as part of the launch, alongside a website package. We quote it after the audit, once we know whether you need a new name or just a sharper position.

What is included in the free 7-day trial?

A digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking against the boiler firms in your towns. No credit card is required, and there is no obligation afterwards.

Do ad budgets come out of the plan fee?

No. The plan pays for our work. Media spend with Google or Meta is billed to your own ad accounts, so you see exactly what was spent and keep the account history.

Do you charge GST or HST?

Yes. Boiler clients pay GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec).

Can we cancel?

Yes. There is no lock-in. Your website, domain and accounts stay yours whatever you decide.
